The motorship Super Tayfun’s boat trips leave from the harbour canal, about 550 m away.
If you come by car, you can park at the Bellaria-Igea Marina congress centre, the Palacongressi, which has a large car park all around it, or along Via Arno, the street right in front of the beach; there are free and paid spaces. From the Palacongressi you walk: take Via Albert Einstein and then Via Arno, which leads straight to the seafront on Via Cristoforo Colombo; we are right there, a few steps away.

Boat trips
Can I go on a boat trip?
Motonave Super Tayfun
From the harbour canal, on the Bellaria side, the motorship Super Tayfun runs boat trips along the Romagna coast: more outings in summer, special outings in spring and autumn. It also departs from Igea Marina and San Mauro Mare.
It is a third-party service, which we neither organise nor sell: times, prices and bookings directly with the boat.

The home town of the poet Giovanni Pascoli: Villa Torlonia, the estate his father managed, houses a multimedia museum; in the village is his childhood home.
An old town with an underground city of caves, open on guided tours, and the Malatesta castle above the Marecchia valley. The caves stay cool even in summer.
The Bridge of Tiberius, from AD 21, and the Arch of Augustus, one of the oldest surviving Roman arches; then the Tempio Malatestiano and the Fellini Museum in Castel Sismondo.
The “cradle of the Malatesta”: from the castle on its rocky spur you see a long stretch of the coast, and the archaeological museum shows finds of the Villanovan culture.
The historic centre and Mount Titano have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008; the Three Towers stand on the mountain’s three peaks: Guaita, the oldest, Cesta and Montale.
A village on a rock, with the fortress where Cagliostro was held until his death, the parish church and the sandstone cathedral of the 12th–13th centuries.
One of the best-preserved medieval complexes in Italy: the castle with two rings of walls and, by tradition, the story of Paolo and Francesca told by Dante.
Verucchio, Montebello, San Marino, San Leo and Gradara are up in the hills: by bike they are hard climbs, not a casual ride, so for them we give only the driving times.

For over thirty years Kiklos has run big beach volley tournaments in Bellaria-Igea Marina: the open ones in May, over the 2 June holiday and in September, in 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 (mixed too), and the youth ones in spring, Young Volley and the Kiklos Summer Cup. The June tournament brings more than 2,500 players to 70 courts.
